Keep smoothing the top of the port inlet like you are doing. Depending on the casting there is only so much you can do here before it becomes too thin
You can open up the outlet side of it a bit, leaving 1.5-2mm of surface to seal against the flapper. That being said if you aren't getting creep I wouldn't bother opening up the outlet.

Thanks.
There is little boost creep if boost limit is set below 15psi. Quicker control what I’m after as we all know 300ftlbs+ is what kill our 6speed’s. EWG would be best but ported IWG with less mid-range ign.timing hopefully do the job and keep my gearbox intact
300ft-lbs limit is ok as long as I can keep that same torque in high revs

Thanks. With DCCD center diff open (65% to rear) handling is really close to Miata. Also weight only 2733 pounds stock.
Engine is stock STI EJ207 except ACL bearings, ARP bolts and Cosworth head gaskets. ECU is modified and tuned by myself. Get 22mpg in highway with E85 Don't know the exact power figures but it should be over 300hp with IHI VF28 boosting 18PSI with 3" decat
