Not exactly sure where this is going but

I am very glad you are enjoying it. When you ported the turbo did you just do the valley part, or did you also enlarge the wastegate hole? Enlarging the wastegate hole is the best way to get rid of the creep. Wackbards build thread has good pictures and some measurements. I believe you want to enlarge the hole to about 23mm.
1st attempt woefully inadequate.
Current porting with valley.
Sticker applied. What does MK stand for?

Water temps have been getting uncomfortably high with the pre-summer heat.
Some observations on water temps with my old style FM/BEGI intercooler under the following conditions:
- 40 mile interstate commute, ~80mph, a/c on 4, ambient temps 84 - 88F, cut up under tray installed
OEM radiator, thermostat and stock fans
- temps out of control, heater on full to keep temps around 225F
Twin Core radiator, FM Stage 1 fan kit, OEM 190F thermostat
- temps stable without using heater, 215-217F
Above with gutted thermostat
- temps stable 205-207F
Above with modified high flow 180F Motorad thermostat
- temps stable 200-202F
Motorad 2040-180 - slightly larger opening than OEM and appears to open further.

Spal fans suck up a lot of current on start up. AC and two fans coming on at the same time gives a noticeable hesitation. Relay delay module (Casper Electronics) wired into the coil side of the AC fan provides ~3sec delay and helps quite a bit.

Christmas present pics...
Flow Force 380's. Really like the way these idle. Lean hot re-start has not been an issue yet.
Hawley Reroute. Running ~5-7degrees cooler. Switched from Water Wetter to Royal Purple ICE that may have helped too.
Stant 180 supplied with kit. Motorad high flow on right.
Sensor leads need to be extended.
