Pat's Ebay Turbo Compound Boost Build
This build is confounding.
Compound boost in a daily driver.
Allofit, but restricts flow with muffler until 0 decibles.
I'm arroused but confused.
Vlad, you need to change Pat's title to ALLOFIT X 2.

THe 2nd turbo should be fine. The cat is just going to split down the seam in few thousand miles, like literally every other car with a cat or resonator upstream of a rear mounted turbo.

Making progress, but no way it will be running tomorrow... Apparently I only have about 1/2 the things I need to do on my list. And a few things popped up that are adding more time to the build.
External gate done

AIT Post big turbo, and two ports (wastegate and Secondary MAP sensor)

Boost pipe installed

You should be able to have the exhaust come straight out of the rear turbo all the way towards the passenger side then u-bend into a MagnaFlow across the back and driver's side rear exit. The oval shaped MagnaFlow can be mounted with the body turned with the narrow edges top and bottom if necessary for fitment (like some '69 Firebirds/Camaros).

That's the return though, isn't it? The oil feed is on top with the strap that holds the turbo up there, looks like he has 3 or 4an line up there.
Magnaflow 12589 is the one I use. Google Magnaflow 5x11x22 will find you the other three inlet/outlet versions.
You know how big that thing is right, it takes up nearly all the space under the trunk. I don't think there's any way you could fit this one, no way.

You guys are on point, listen to this...
The 3" 300 cell per inch, metalic spun core Thunderbolt cat is falling apart! I inspected this cat not long ago (like maybe 2 months ago) and it looked like new. Anyways just checked it out and it's falling apart and loose inside the housing. No way I can run it. It's almost 1 year old.
My guess is using a spark cut for launch control probably killed it.
So, the question is, what is the toughest catalytic converter in the world that I can buy that has 3" in/out?
Also I might be building a test pipe for now until I can get the worlds toughest cat here.

Don't use spark cut and expect a cat to hold together. Anything I build with a cat uses fuel cut only.

A couple track days did this to my magna flow metal core:
