Damn Pat, glad to see this car is still going. I've got some catching up to do on your build.

I'm good. I need to post some vids. I have filmed a few things here and there. I've made some progress on the car, and started a few more projects naturally. Working up a coolant reroute, upgraded alternator, and a few other things.

On that electrical adapter for your plasma cutter a place like Airgas may have it.

Also, we got all of our electrical plugs for our stuff at an industrial supply place. They type of place that sells 1 gallon of tap magic and 55 gallon drums of mineral spirits... google "industrial supply" in your area and you may get lucky. We live in a rural area and there are two such places nearby...

Good luck Pat, can't wait to see what you come up with this time!

I just bought the 220v plug for my plasma at home depot. Mine wasn't fancy like my miller welder I just had a bare wire whip that could take any plug.

Got an 8.50 cert cage going in the car! Vids documenting the cage build in pretty good detail are going up daily for the next couple weeks.

Cage is done! I have a huge video series documenting how I built it on the channel. So glad to be done with the cage, that was way harder than I anticipated.

Check out this video where I go over the mathematics of Gas vs E85 vs Methanol:

You don't want to do the cable drive off the back of the alternator like the pro formula D guys did/do and mount the pump in the back of the car?

No. Looked into it, not my style. Also, those drives are expensive. And I'd still have to do a pulley setup anyway, so this is simpler.

Bump! Lots of progress happening now. Here's a pic of the car as of today.

Got new videos going up on the channel every day for the next week or two. Plan is to have it back to a rolling chassis, with the powertrain installed, in the next couple weeks!
