No idea about either of those questions
I don't have an AFR gauge and I haven't connected a laptop to my car in the last 1000 miles.

Its not magic. its a modest top end power gain with OEM compatability/reliability. I'd expect 10-20 up top with this setup on top of whatever its going to make with the corn juice

Yeah i'm going.
All I'll have will be E85, a new clutch and more boost. Maybe 29psi (300kpa!).
The intake manifold will be installed later.

inb4 'magnet on a string'

I dropped a bolt down a spark plug hole. head came off before fuel pump died. I fixed all the failures and drove the car 300 miles since, because **** you, universe, **** you.

did you try to rotate the motor to move the piston up and a magnet on a stick?

Damn that sucks. All that extra work for a stray bolt. Sorry to hear that Leonid.
Spark plugs do more than create spark, they plug the holes in the head too.

One of my best tools is the magnet pick up tool. It's saved my butt many times.

It looks like this

Do you really think that I didn't try every imaginable combination of fishing it out before dedicating a day and a half to pull the head, clean all the surfaces and reinstall everything?

Come on.

Heres one of the pistons.
I guess there is some very light detonation damage, but imo, they look pretty good for "my first built motor that I tuned myself and shoved a lot of boost into it"

4000px resolution ftw. Its like looking at acne skin with a magnifying glass.

I have a borescope with a magnet attachment.

No ill effects from the fuel pump failure then? Getting another, or trying the one I posted a bit ago?

Nope, I swapped in an OEM 94 pump. By sheer Russian luck I just acquired a free 94 gas tank because it holds a gallon more than 1.6 gas tank (see, 1.8 is better in every aspect!). The tank still had some gas in it so the pump seals were in great shape and not dried rotten like most pumps that are removed from tanks.

AAA Plus free towing to my garage, 40 minutes later I was back on the road. Wired the wastegate open so drove N/A. Car sounds **** with the wastegate open.
