More how moderate it portrayed dems. If they are as moderate as this claims then they've been voting for the wrong people, because their leaders don't agree.

Are we talking about the same article? The one that literally has a "moderate" category representing the centrist wing of the GOP?

Yeah same article, but more about the survey answers, the survey makes them look more moderate than they are or more moderate than the people they vote for.

Yes, that is literally the exact phenomenon which the article describes.

Wait, wut?!! Are you insane?!

The GOP, today, is simply the Democratic Party of ten years ago.

Trump SAVED the party. A lot of the swamp came from within, and he exposed it. If you can't see that...

I realize he's just one person, but Trump's biggest mistake was listening to GOP establishment and seating more Rhinos.

Again, Democrats who pretend to be republicans are the only thing killing the GOP.

Trump gave the party a voice again, and they are taking action for once:

Weber County GOP votes to censure Sen. Romney for voting to convict Trump

The resolution passes 116-97 after a similar measure was recently voted down by the Utah GOP.
By Sara Tabin | May 8, 2021, 8:20 p.m. | Updated: May 9, 2021, 2:20 p.m.

The Weber County GOP voted to censure Sen. Mitt Romney on Saturday, one week after the Utah GOP narrowly voted down such a measure.

A resolution to censure Romney over his votes to convict former President Donald Trump at his impeachment trials was passed 116-97 by members of the Weber County GOP, according to County Party Secretary Jill Koford.

“The Weber County Republican Convention censures Mitt Romney for his votes to convict President Trump in two U.S. Senate impeachment trials which denied the President due process, allowed falsified evidence, did not provide adequate time for an investigation, and did not follow the U.S. Constitution which states a President may only be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors,” reads the resolution.

It also thanks Sen. Mike Lee and Reps. Chris Stewart, John Curtis, Blake Moore and Burgess Owens “for voting against the Democrats’ politically motivated articles of impeachment.”

Beating Harris in 2024 is going to take more than a loud-mouthed orange guy with a bad comb-over. It's going to require intersectional candidates. Candidates who state their pronouns and their perceived disabilities / disadvantages. The Republican party needs gay, black, Muslim, trans-woman candidates with PTSD and ADHD who are rape-survivors.

Lord knows I certainly do... Keep putting it off and putting it off, as I just can't find the downtime.

Reality itself has become so difficult to comprehend that I'm honestly not even sure anymore.

I am quite serious that, if the GOP wants to continue to exist, it's going to have to put aside the facade of "conservatism" (it stopped actually being conservative years ago), and climb on board the woke train.

Basically, get out of the way, and give people who actually care about the prosperity and security of this nation some room.
