It took me a few minutes to recognize the fundamental flaw in your argument, to which that reply was targeted.
Everything which I wrote there remains true. It's just that I realized, after posting it, that it was irrelevant.
The problem, which I recognized only after a moment of reflection, was that I was responding to a strawman argument on your part.
Hence the redaction.
If you'd care to engage in a conversation, I continue to remain curious as to how "The Media" in any way factors into my sarcastic response (post # 24066, re: The New England Journal of My Cousin's Friend in Trinidad) to your Niki Minaj thing.
The floor is yours.

Your sarcastic response was quite similar to the way the media frames anything that goes against the narrative. Belittle and evade while acting like they're neutral. it's their go to tactic. You can even see some of it in the article I linked before your "sarcastic response"

I think what you are saying is that a person whose most notable accomplishment in life is the publication a song which mainly consists of the phrase "You a stupid ho" repeated over and over again is a reliable source of scientific knowledge?
Is that correct?
There's a reason people always ask what ja rule thinks...
So, I'm trying to read between the lines here.

Really Joe don't be obtuse, the point of that post was to point out how the media and "journalists" are garbage Liars with no morals. What's great about this situation is, she's black so they can't call her racist and she's rich enough to not give a **** about consequences of ******* with them.
Does it annoy you to know that a person whose most notable accomplishment in life is the publication a song which mainly consists of the phrase "You a stupid ho" repeated over and over again is richer and more powerful than you?

Here we see the media personality continue with misrepresenting and deflecting from the actual argument. This is the standard response of the media when something questions the narrative.

Responding to the last line first: No. As someone who works in TV, I'm often surrounded by celebrities. Some of them are awesome people, some of them are ********, some of them are totally forgettable, and some of them are just baffling. We all have our own path in life.
I will note that, to this day, I have gone down to the studio to meet the celebrity du jour exactly three times in my life. Once was R2D2 and Jeremy Bulloch (my niece is a huge Star Wars fan, so I had to take a selfie with R2D2 and Boba Fett to send to her), the second was Grumpy Cat, and the third was Joey D'Auria, for reasons which should be obvious.
But that's not relevant here.
Addressing the second line, re: "she's black so they can't call her racist", did you somehow miss the California gubernatorial recall election which happened this week? The front-runner to replace governor Newsom was a black Republican by the name of Larry Elder, who has been widely castigated by liberals as a white supremacist.
Got that? The left have been very loudly shouting that a black man is a white supremacist, because he is a member of the Republican party.
So, we now live in a world in which being black only matters (from a political standpoint) if you support liberal / democrat agendas.
Now, would you please answer my question: Are you are saying is that a person whose most notable accomplishment in life is the publication a song which mainly consists of the phrase "You a stupid ho" repeated over and over again is a reliable source of scientific knowledge?
When has she ever claimed to be a good source of scientific knowledge? I certainly never claimed that and neither did she.
You should read up on this whole little tiff. You obviously haven't.
