There was a manual recount that came to the same results. https://eu.freep.com/story/news/loca...ts/3937898001/.
Yeah, it's confusing. That chart is in the December 2020 forensic report that Allied Security Group did for DePerno. It's showing the weird "vote flipping" tally variations that made everybody freak out about Antrim County, which lead to Bill Bailey hiring DePerno to file the lawsuit back in late November.
On November 3, Antrim County said Joe Biden had beat Donald Trump by 3,260 votes out of a total of 16,047 votes cast.
That was weird, since Antrim County is historically red.
Then on November 5, Antrim County said they'd found an error, and Donald Trump beat Joe Biden by 2,494 votes out of a new total of 18,059 votes cast.
And on November 21, Antrim County posted their final numbers, changing them again, saying the official results were that Donald Trump beat Joe Biden by 3,788 votes out of a new total of 16,044 votes cast.
What's new is, DePerno is saying he has proof now that "The Antrim County election management system (EMS) was REMOTELY and successfully logged into anonymously on 11/05/2020 at 5:55 PM and again on 11/17/2020 at 5:16 PM."
"Those dates are significant because they correspond directly to the dates the county and SOS were trying to correct the intentional computer problems that subverted the election."
(Antrim County corrected the results the last time on November 17, but they officially certified them on November 21.)
So, DePerno is pointing out his new evidence of internet connections on November 5 and on November 17 just happen to coincide with the weird changes that Antrim County made to their numbers on those exact same dates.

It's actually Antrim County that supplied the changes in all the numbers; they've released different sets of numbers on November 3, 5, 21, and December 17 (after a hand count.) Those are their officially released numbers.
And you're right, the numbers did go in Trump's direction, after the initial weird November 3 tally. That's why Antrim County hoped the issue would just go away. Nothing to see here; just human error. But the question is, why did Antrim County keep changing their numbers?
Matt is pointing out that the weird vote total changes could have been caused by someone manipulating them remotely. The link is, he says he's discovered that the machines were connected, on the exact same dates that the strange number changes occurred. Dominion said the machines were never connected.

My guess: it means his team has figured out that somebody messed with a registration mark on the left side of the ballots, before the election, knowing that this would make most of the ballots be rejected by the machines as unreadable.
In the Allied Security Group forensic report done for DePerno in December, "82% reversal rate" means "82% rejected."
_v2_[redacted].pdf]https://www.depernolaw.com/uploads/2/7/0/2/27029178/antrim_michigan_forensics_report_[121320]v2[redacted].pdf
"In Central Lake Township there were 1,222 ballots reversed out of 1,491 total ballots cast, resulting in an 81.96% rejection rate. All reversed ballots are sent to adjudication for a decision by election personnel."
When ballots go into the adjudication process, that might allow dishonest election workers to change the votes so they don't reflect the real intent of the voter.

Left Marker #18 is the 18th printed "block" on the left side of the ballot. If you remember Jovan talking about how there are markers along each side of the ballot to give the scanner the info on the kind of ballot it has, where to scan for votes, etc.
Left Marker #18 is a fraction, but noticeably, larger than all the other markers. Maybe Matt Deperno knows more specifically but it could mean that it automatically sends those ballots to adjudication because as far as the scanner is aware something is not quite right with it.

As you can see in my link in the post above, Antrim county realized something went wrong on Nov 4th, a day before the supposed log-in (that there's still no evidence of). That debunks the entire "On the same day that someone logged in they changed the numbers !!1" theory. The problems were correctly identified before any of the alleged logins, and later corrected, and once more manually verified.
To stress, I have nothing against the conservative mindset. I vote right-wing in the Netherlands, i.e. in favor of small government, lower taxes, economic growth as a centerpiece of government policy, etc. By mixing crappy claims like the one above with legitimate societal issues you're not helping conservative credibility.

Anyone who changes their views by reading politically themed shitposts and conspiracy theories on a small message board dedicated to boosting Miatas and pictures of cats had no credibility to begin with.

According to the USDA Food & Nutrition service, 35,702,000 Americans participated in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (food stamps) in 2019. Source: https://www.fns.usda.gov/pd/suppleme...e-program-snap
According to the US Census Bureau, the US population (on July 1, 2019) was 328,239,523 individuals. Source: https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fa...e/US/PST045219
That's 10.8% of the population, which is not "almost half."
I fact-checked this claim, and determined it to be false.
