I think this is a setup by the dems to convince the party and biden, to step down at the democratic convention. They will then nominate harris as the presidential elect for 24. Maybe almost unbelievable. Might consider him to be replaced with a double or on some special meds. Either way I'm getting the popcorn and some bourbon ready for the event.
