My leet hacker skills tell me that you posted a map of fertility rates by country. Could also be a poorly made map showing proximity to countries names Somalia, Chad and Niger.

This is true.

Those countries which are poorest and least able to support large increases in population (eg: poorest, least developed in terms of healthcare, education, housing, etc) also have the highest number of children per woman.

No other entertainment. No TV to watch? Let's do the dirty instead. You can bet most of them haven't even heard of contraception.

FIRST ON FOX: Video shows substitute teacher using belt to disci - DC News FOX 5 DC WTTG

BRANDYWINE, Md. -
Prince George's County Public Schools officials are responding to new video that shows a substitute teacher using a belt on students in a classroom.

The grandmother of one of the children in the class told FOX 5 it happened last Friday at Gwynn Park Middle School in Brandywine.

The school district is not providing the teacher's name. In the video, he has what appears to be a belt in his hand and is hitting students on the floor.

It is not clear if they were roughhousing and he was trying to break it up or if they were trying to hide from the teacher.

Either way, Prince George's County Public Schools is not making excuses and say the substitute teacher used improper actions to discipline the students.

In a statement, school officials say the teacher has been removed from the classroomand law enforcement is now involved. The statement says:

“On Friday, May 15, a substitute teacher used improper actions to discipline students while in one of our classes at Gwynn Park Middle School. The substitute teacher has been removed from the classroom and the matter has been referred to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Prince George's County Public Schools does not condone this type of behavior and it is not representative of the level of professionalism and respectful conduct of the team at the school. PGCPS works to create a respectful and safe environment for all students and staff.”

Florida college sued over forced vaginal exams | News - Home

Two college students say they were forced to submit to transvaginal probes as part of their classroom training to learn how to perform the medical procedure.

The details are outlined in a federal lawsuit filed Thursday in Orlando against Valencia College and three instructors. It alleges that medical diagnostic students at Valencia College were forced to submit to the examination of their sexual organs under threat of having their grades reduced or of being blacklisted by future employers. The three defendants named in the lawsuit, Maureen Bugnacki, Linda Shaheen and Barbara Ball, have not responded to CNN's requests for comment.

Peer physical examination is an accepted practice in the medical field, but several recent reports cited by the U.S. National Library of Medicine mention a growing need for clear policies regarding peer physical examination at medical schools.

The lawsuit claims during orientation, the college "had a second-year student, Jennifer Astor (nicknamed the 'TransVag Queen') explain the medical diagnostic sonography program's faculty believed that students should undergo invasive transvaginal ultrasound procedures in order to become better sonography technicians."

"Valencia positioned these transvaginal probes as voluntary, but its actual policy and practice was that they were not," according to the lawsuit.

The suit also describes weekly probes for students in the program, saying they, "endured these invasive probes without a modicum of privacy. Plaintiffs would disrobe in a restroom, drape themselves in towels, and traverse the sonography classroom in full view of instructors and other students."

FACING $1 BILLION DEFICIT, ARIZONA SHARPLY LIMITS WELFARE

Facing a $1 billion budget deficit, Arizona's Republican-led Legislature has reduced the lifetime limit for welfare recipients to the shortest window in the nation.

Low-income families on welfare will now have their benefits cut off after just 12 months.

As a result, the Arizona Department of Economic Security will drop at least 1,600 families - including more than 2,700 children - from the state's federally funded welfare program on July 1, 2016.

The cuts of at least $4 million reflect a prevailing mood among the lawmakers in control in Arizona that welfare, Medicaid and other public assistance programs are crutches that keep the poor from getting back on their feet and achieving their potential.

i wonder why people hate govt....

Drivers try to fight back against decades old tickets issued by - DC News FOX 5 DC WTTG

Marny wanted to know why $4,050 of tickets from the 1990s were just coming up now.

“The clean hands law says that you cannot renew driver's licenses or registrations and get tags if you have tickets over $100, so therefore, why were we allowed to do that if we had all these outstanding tickets? Because the law should not allow us to do that, but you did,” she told Newton.

“Well, we did up until a point because then you got to a point when you had to pay the tickets because it had flowed over,” Newton responded.

“Why didn't it flow over before?” asked Marny.

“There are many different things of how the tickets flow over,” said Newton.

A key point in the Britts' defense is that some tickets were on cars that Stanley didn't own at the time -- that had Virginia plates.

“If I go to Virginia and I get something from them saying that tag was not in his name or registered to that car at that time when you wrote the ticket, and shows you you're wrong, will you refund the money?” asked Marny.

“We cannot do that,” said Newton.

After the meeting, Stanley Britt felt even worse.

“I've been robbed without a pistol,” he said. “That's how I feel.”

Corrie and Michael Banks felt the same way. Corrie said she never owned some of the cars listed on the $7,000 of tickets from decades ago.

“Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration has confirmed that she was the registered and titled owner of those vehicles during the time that the tickets were issued,” Newton said.

Corrie was overwhelmed, so I tried to help.

“I did not own an Acura car -- ever,” she said.

“Okay, then I will go back and … we will double check that,” said Newton.

It really doesn't matter if some of the parking tickets are not Corrie's. Maryland will not let her get a driver's license until D.C. gives the okay.

“It works with Virginia and Maryland, so it's reciprocity,” said Newton. “So when you have a moving violation and it's unpaid, your license is not reinstated, we report that to Maryland.”

But reciprocity is only for moving violations and not parking tickets. So why can't Corrie just pay that one moving violation from 2002?

“In order to have your license reinstated, you not only have to pay the moving violation, but you have to pay all of your other outstanding debts,” Newton said.

Remember when Marny Britt asked earlier if they could prove that the cars with Virginia plates didn't belong to Stanley at the time? She did just that and got a letter from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles that says the state purged its databases. They could only say that one of the nine license plates from Virginia belonged to Stanley.

Unfortunately, our day at the DC DMV was a failure for the Britts and the Banks. But it showed that even if you have VIP treatment with a television station watching, you are still going to get stuck paying for old tickets -- even if some are not even yours.

All those bullets must be coming in from gun loving Iowa. Good thing they don't allow guns in Illinois. You'd have people dying left and right...

I guess this fits here.

Glad to see the California politicos are so concerned with the welfare of their **** stars...

California Might Make **** Stars Wear Goggles During Filming | Complex

California seems intent on making **** as clinical as possible. After Los Angeles passed a measure requiring **** stars to use condoms, the state Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board has outlined a new set of proposals that would require actors to wear goggles during filming. That's right, goggles. The board wants **** stars to look like Bill Nye in the lab.

Apparently, I have micro-aggression. Am I supposed to feel white guilt about this? How about hetero-guilt? Should I be feeling that?

Leftists are driving wedges between people in the name of bringing people together. Maybe we should be afraid of talking to people who aren't just like us. I think it is obvious that's what they really want.
