As it becoming usual for things which you post in this thread, this appears to be a fabricated screenshot, based upon a compilation of a few different threads from different individuals. The userid tags have been altered.
stupidstories, the person shown in the hospital bed with the emotional support shark, reports being quite satisfied with the technical quality of his new vagina. The commentary concerning "my vag smells like poop" is from a separate discussion thread, from a different person, who elected to undergo rectosigmoid vaginoplasty rather than the more common penile inversion. In this procedure, a portion of the colon is detached from the anus, and relocated to form a new vaginal canal. This procedure has the advantage that the new vaginal canal is naturally self-lubricating, but carries with it the common side-effect of the natural microbiome of the colon producing generous and foul-smelling mucus secretions for a period of time until a combination of antibiotics and topical anti-microbial medications have eradicated it.
And that, quite frankly, is more than I ever wanted to know about this topic.
I'm not sure I'm going to be able to think about Tilapia the same way again, which is problematic given how much I enjoy eating it.

Going back to the prior thread, claiming to be a woman when you are actually a man is specifically worthy of praise and affirmation (and 89% of Redditors agree):
Also, if you are a man who claims to be a woman, and you are dating another man who also claims to be a woman, then you are still gay, but get to claim lesbian status. Apparently, this specific coupling is sufficiently common that it has been deemed "transbian" by the rainbow-crowd.
The deeper I fall down this hole (pun intended), the more I realize to my horror that I would very likely have fallen for their deception* and wound up in a situation in which homicide was necessary.
* = also, they don't consider it deception, and get offended / angry when you point out that claiming to be a girl when you have a ***** is deceptive.

They actually call it "girl *****." I am not making this up.
I'm going to stop thinking / posting about this now.
The problem is that in the current social climate, you can neither infer nor imply that a man who claims to be a woman is a man. You must internalize the notion that they are a woman, or else you are a ****.
I was driving home this afternoon, listening to WBEZ, as one does.
During the latter half of "Innovation Hub," one of those underwriter announcements came on. You know, the ones that say "This program is made possible by the support of [name of organization]."
This one nearly made me drive off the road. It was: "Innovation Hub is sponsored by [can't remember the name of the organization], providing a social-justice curriculum for educators in grades K-6."
So, yeah. We're officially teaching children to identify as victims and / or oppressors as a core educational principle, at the time time as we are teaching them to read, do basic math, etc..
Just try to imagine what will be considered "left field" in another generation when the current students become the teachers.
I can't because my mind is too set on the path it started 60 years ago when being gay was shameful and being married and part of a normal family was desirable.

Today, this kid showed her strength once again. Today, she did something that was hard and scary. Today, she made herself proud.
Today, Rebekah had her second surgical procedure to place a hormone blocking implant in her arm to prevent her from progressing farther into puberty. This is one example of what medically appropriate, medically necessary, life-affirming, and often literally life-saving treatment looks like for a transgender child.
This was a replacement implant, as she first had this procedure two years ago. The first picture is her two years ago, and the second is today. ��
That is the face of a girl terrified of hospitals and needles, but more terrified of having to live life as someone she is not. That is the face of a girl feeling on top of the world, knowing her body won’t betray her and she’s one step closer to the woman she will grow up to be.
Today, I’m thankful for top notch medical facilities and physicians. I’m thankful for ongoing and growing research and guidelines. I’m thankful for health insurance that covered my kid’s medically necessary treatment. And I’m extra thankful and proud to say that the insurance covering this procedure for my transgender daughter is provided to my husband through his employer... the church.
With news of further discrimination out of the White House spreading and GOP lawmakers in multiples states trying to prohibit gender affirming, life saving care like this for minors, I’m immensely grateful for my child’s medical care. EVERY kid deserves access to that care. We must fight those who want to prevent kids like her from living the lives they deserve.
ALLIES, we need you. Pay attention. Speak up. Stop the spread of misinformation. This is not abuse. This is allowing my child to live her best life.
