12v when cranking
Hi,
I'm trying to get my innovate lma3 (Auxbox) to read boost instead of MAP, the manual states the following:
For this to work, the LMA-3 MUST be powered by a switched 12V source that switches on before the engine is started, like the ignition power. This 12V source MUST stay active during cranking.
Can anyone tell me which wire to tap into ?
Thanks for your help.
Richard

it's in the FSM if you have one. there should be a diagram showing the key positions and power with lines with dots in them.
but
since you're a noob, I'll just help you by saying:
1. put your location in your profile
2. put your car year/model/etc and mods in your signature
3. welcome

search on LC-1. Innovate, WBO2 and you will find threads on tapping power from the fuse panel using an add-a-circuit (auto parts store). "Radio" is off during cranking. I forget which one I used, 'Engine" maybe.

I don't have a shop manual, is there maybe a digital version online somewhere, or the diagram your referring to ?
Thanks.
