I can say whatever I want. It is my opinion the car had about 350whp. Ish, see the plus or minus 50whp as I noted. I'm sure it was somewhere between 300-400whp. Whether or not you believe my estimates are valid means nothing.
I might not dyno this setup either! And if it rips better than before, I'll tell people it has about XXX hp. Hell I might just dyno it just to see what it makes to post on the internet to impress people and let them know how awesome I am and so they know I'm a good engine builder and I know what I'm doing and I'm just awesome!!!1

With the complexity of his setup there is about a 0% chance that it will ever be optimized without dyno tuning. Pat is free to not give a **** of course, but we are also free to make fun of him for this fact.
