Default Cylinder 1 No Fire on Crank

My 99' NB1 has recently gone through the ringer, I just finished installing the built bottom end GT3071R, 1050 cc injectors, LS Coils, and a lot more other little things here and there. This is all running through my brand new MS3 Pro from DIY Autotune. I loaded a basemap, scaled injectors, set the 36-2 trigger wheel, and cranked her. After a while, I was able to get it to idle on 4 cylinders but only when it wanted to. For the most part, it only wanted to run on 3 cylinders. but occasionally it would turn on cylinder 1 and idle smoothly again. I have verified that all cylinders have spark, compression and that they are getting fuel... I am guessing it has something to do with my timing, my cam timing is set up correctly and I have messed with ignition timing a bunch but nothing seems to change... if anyone knows tuner studio well, could they take a look at my composite log and my map and let me know if anything seems like a red flag. Thanks in advance!

did you swap out the coil/wire/plug on cylinder 1 with another cylinder to see if the problem moves?
the CSV log has very little data in it. It would be nice to see afr and rpm etc in the log.
