DIY preliminary results

Life has gotten in the way, so car projects are typically maintenance. It's been nearly four years since I've done anything on the Miata. I still drive it at least once a month for fun but have not knocked out anything on the punch list. My dd is an 87 MB 190e 2.3-16 and that has gotten the most attention with a new dash install and new exhaust build. Boxster S got a new water pump because of horrendous howling, but still needs a gas filler door servo and pax side window actuator installs. To top it off I have currently lost a garage space due to house renovation materials storage. Work is complete and local building supply center is coming to pick up materials for donation tomorrow. That could mean more space for more car projects. Like you, in the future.

Jesus, I can't believe your manifold and Churbo has held up all these years ... I remember reading your uupdates from back when you first built it, and never would have expected it to last so long. ****, maybe Ill try one too. Just bought another miata after, about 5 years w/o, and leisurely assembling a mild build, but just supporting stuff so far.

I had seen these and thought it was the same, but it's flipped upside down to be a low mount, and OFC no WG either. Honestly, I like that better though, as long as everything actually fits.

Well scratch that, lol. I'll need a manifold though, so either taco cast or DIY. Kraken low is nice, but $$$. I may just DIY something ... I want this build to have something that at least flows alright.
A copy of this would be nice ... maybe I could pull it off?
