I'll try and get some up over the holiday when I fix my WG leak. Until then, you can get an idea from some of these photos. The manifold and downpipe were made by Aurora Motorsports.

I'll have everyone know that I have the shittiest looking downpipe. But it works and it's a start.

Everything from 16 gauge mild steel to SS 16 gauge.

If you're looking to DIY some stuff http://store.racing-solutions.org/ that store has tubing and mandrel bends cheap.

wow, cool thread mate. Next time I have a turbo project, im going to do the DIY route. I have so much respect for all of you who had the ***** to weld up your own pipes, so do not be ashamed of your work because it deserves much more respect than my BEGi system I, no matter how ugly it may be.

Agreed, I only decided to have cody make up the manifold because my last build was DIY and I wanted to do this build a bit differently. The rest of the work, vmount radiator/intercooler/intake manifold/downpipe will hopefully all be my work. Getting access to my friends Tig.... and time to learn.

DIY = the best... regardless of looks... if it works of course

You just happen to have a very interesting downpipe setup, i went through your build page and checked it all out. Cool stuff.

thanks- important note: my second dp section is no longer braced at the trans for fear of it ripping a hole in the 16ga pipe.
