Default Mk turbo kit review

I picked up my kit last year from Lars knowing it was a "budget" sort of kit. I had issues with the vband to the down pipe and some parts for the kit did not arrive for sometime. Lars was waiting for the parts to arrive from what I was told. I finally got the parts but it turned out he had forgotten to box up the bov. I finally had the kit installed, car was running and driving at this point just no bov. He told me he would ship the bov and a new vband. A few weeks went by with no package (this is after waiting weeks for other parts) i continued to contact him through text and phone calls with no response. Once I finally emailed him I got a response (he told me he'd left his phone at a friend's house) he finally sent me a tracking number and i got the parts I had been waiting for. I was rather frustrated at that point but after considering he's a one man show I can understand life gets in the way, honestly not a big deal at this point. all in all i am happy with the way every thing turned out the fit and finish is what I expected for a budget kit and Lars was helpful with the issues I had. Just took some time to get all the parts and work out some kinks. I've put quite a few miles on my car since then with no issues (involving the turbo kit).
In my opinion this is a solid kit to start out with, if you plan on purchasing expect a few hiccups and it might take a while to get all the parts. If I had to buy the kit again I would buuuut I would just email Lars this time.
