Picking up HKS top mount w/t25 and lines for $300!

Heres what the inside of a fake Greddy BOV looks like
It's hard to see but on the diaphragm thing, there is a little half inch white line that runs across the section that "folds". This is a area where its very thin and the light is shining through. I'm not sure how this will affect the function. I could always replace it.
I washed the parts then put a little bit of caliper grease on the seals and shaft
I've started taking apart the turbo for cleaning and at this point and am thinking about just going ahead and rebuilding it. I've realized that when I clock the turbo I'll have to figure out how to connect the waste gate actuator to the flapper.
I don't get it, some bolts are there, some not..

Fake Greddy BOV
The adjustment screw on top is just to prevent it from opening 'too much' or you can tighten it down to where the valve doesn't open at all. Be sure to use a nut on the adjustment or it'll move freely and not attempt to seal at all. Also, It's a piece of junk. If it is open too much you may have idle issues.

I have the same bov on my desk. Makes a great paperweight.

I thought maybe the adjustment would be to adjust the psi threshold to release the pressure or sumthin

The adjustment literally goes up or down and limits the travel on the black shaft you greased up.
*edit
The fix was to purchase a legit greddy FV BOV. At the time I was able to grab a limited edition red/chrome FV valve. Seals at idle/off boost. Goes Chooo
