Default 93 Miata DIYPNP No Tach

Hello miata gods,
Not sure if CA 93 cars have anything else special other than stock sequential injection but I can't get the stock tach inside my cluster to function.

DIYPNP 1.5 Board

Starts up just fine as you can see

TS is displaying rpms perfectly fine.
I have OP- jumped to 4E and have the OPTO+ with a 470 omh pulled up on the 12v side.

Tachout is turned off on TS.

Can anyone help?

What sort of ignition are you using on the car?

If you're using the stock Miata ignition module as well, the tach is driven off the module. This is usually a sign the module is on its way out.
