BTW they sent an official answer, on rc25 and above the inj duty fuel cut is configurable - I run rc22 so I had to break my head for a few weeks about that - I was sure it was the coils...

So did they give you the newer firmware to load and try?

2005 NB VVT turbo using FF640cc does not get to 90-95% at 200kpa ....

After a quick search I found that the NB fuel pressure is 413kpa (4bar), the setting was at 300kpa...

I will update deadtimes and fuel pressure and I believe the injectors duty will drop by about 30%...
