The car is an all out racecar built for NASA PT/TT. Running megasquirt. No plans for turbo in the future.
I am building a new engine for this season and am planning on running e85. A very trusted source told me that stock NB injectors would suffice for my build and e85. Again, around 150-160 whp. So I sourced two sets of NB2 injectors and had them cleaned and flowed matched.
However, there is a thread posted yesterday confirming that these will not be big enough.
I don't know a lot about injectors but I need an optimal solution. Trying to win a national championship with this car so I want the best. So I'm not exactly sure what I should be looking for. I understand different injectors have varying levels of consistency and spray patterns and all sorts of other variables out of my vocabulary. So, rather than become a fuel injector engineer overnight, would anyone care to spoon feed me suggestions? Lol
