My fuel pressure is under VAC 36psi, atmosphere 45psi, with boost(12psi) 58psi.
I also use a begi FMU to get a lower duty cycle.
In closed loop there should be no differences, if your car is running too lean in open loop, maybe you can fixe it with more fuel pressure. But i think it should work without any modifications.

Rotary engines run richer then piston engine. Why i dont know when i got my rotary tuned my idle air fuels were in the mid 12s. When im driving down the highway my air fuels never go higher then 12.8. When i hit boost the gauge goes into the 10s then at higher boost the 9s. Also what the update any good news??

A stock port rotary will run well under load at stoiciometric and will generally idle well at anywhere from 13.5-14.5:1. Street ported engine usually like to idle a little fatter and bridge ported engines a littler fatter still. Even so, fairly radical ports will still run well at moderate loads near stoiciometric. Under boost you will see them tuned on the rich side to ward off detonation.
All that said, your tune is most likely a whole lot fatter than it needs to be. You're wasting a bunch of fuel.
