Hi Hakan, I still love my maxigauge setup and get a lot of compliments from people when they see it. So what type of upgrades are available now? One thing I'd love is to have a dimming function so I can make the display darker at night.

Im working on auto lcd backlight control now
its not finished yet.

upgrade
-free 1-din size plexi front panel (just for big lcd)
-new small size unground type temp sensors
-new type better look leds.
-some hardware & firmware modification
-Flex fuel sensor can be direct connect
-a on-low light "switch" for lcd backlight

The dimming switch is a nice upgrade and I like the panel too. How long do you think it will be before the auto backlight control is ready?

 

I hate this thread, it makes me want to spend money. I have had a HUGE want for one of these things for a loooooong time.

A bit of both actually. I saw a few people post about this, but Hakan hasn't been on in over a year and I haven't seen anything new written about this. It seems like folks on here moved onto other solutions.

I want a few hard gauges (AFR/Boost), but I'm trying to figure out if I can monitor everything else in a way that's less intrusive. Saw hustler write about an android app that he uses for most of the stuff, which I'm curious about. Saw that after I bumped this thread though. I just legit haven't seen anyone post about this in almost a year.
