Scrappy, you may be right about not getting either, and just going cheaper on both accounts.
I've read how awesome the XIDA's are, but for a guy coming from a stock NB suspension, and from my 97's FM springs + AGX's, it may be better to have blissful ignorance on how they actually feel. This way I don't know what I'm missing, and I'm sure the VMAXX's would still feel like a decent step up. Or Tein Street Advance.......idk I'm terrible at decisions.
And for people worried about blowing transmissions apart, I already have a 6speed waiting to go in. I don't beat on my car as much as others, which is probably why my 170k mile 5speed has put up with 250+whp for 20k miles in my 97. This includes track days, autocrosses, and 1 drift event (I was terrified the whole time I would break something).
I suppose until I drive a XIDA's car, I'm leaning towards EFR.

I'm having a blast on a cheap turbo. I hated driving my car when it had a crappy suspension. I only have Bilsteins now, but it is significantly more enjoyable. I wish I could afford to spend the cash on Xidas because I know it would be so much more fun. I don't DD my car, but if I did use it for dual purposes Xidas would make it that much better to live with.

Drove/rode in Hustlers daily.
Looks like my mind has changed on the situation.
Maybe I'll just space everything out so it doesn't hurt so much at once. I still love the EFR idea, but damn, I'm blow away with the XIDAs. Anything that can be that comfortable on the street and still dominate on the track seems like a simple decision.
Still want turbo, but seems this may be a good alternative to add new found "fun" to the car.
