Default LRB Aluminum Door Cards

Before diving in to the main point, here is a backstory;
I have a NB1 where years ago I decided to go the route of cutting out new cards from some fiberboard from Lowes Racing Supply, covering them with so faux tuck & roll material and topping them with some "gently used" NA tops. This all worked out well-enough except for the fact that the NA tops have cracked all to hell and the mounts for the cards themselves have deteriorated significantly - to the point where closing the driver's door takes two hands; on to hold the card in place and the other to pull the door closed.

I said all of that to say this - I need new door cards, top to bottom. And the LRB cards look like a reasonable choice. Please note that aesthetics and noise are NOT a consideration. I just need something that fits well (enough) and provides coverage.

Given that...are the LRB cards good enough, or are there any better alternatives?

I'm running the LRB cards in my NA and I dig them. I will say I've found that I have a habit of bracing my knee against the door at the track, and this has resulted in blisters (I have lotus seats, and probably need real race buckets).

You could easily add a knee pad before swapping seats

Good data point.

I still have a bunch of that faux tuck-n-roll material. I could cover them with that to ward off the heat.

I bought these quite a long time ago and they've held up really well... LRB NB door panels wrapped in foam backed headliner suede material from eBay. Tossed a custom fit speaker in it and here's what you get.
