surprised you weren't able to sell the shell... someone bought my rusty NA shell years back.

 

I tried, but not hard. It is not a real good race car candidate due to the foam filled frame rails. And it was not a good street car project due to it being smogged as a 2005. I figured that it would end up like this unless I was willing to sit on it a long time.

 

Damn. 5 years ago this was normal when they were actual scrap at this point but now the value is rising so fast on the older cars that people are putting the effort into putting new floors in rust boxes, you or someone could have doubled their money or more doing a body swap on a totaled car.

 

I sold my S2000 at the bottom of that market. Hopefully I don't regret this one as much as I do that.
