I'm not qualified to answer competently, but I'd assume you're on crack.

I've made 6-8 purchases from FM. They always have shipped the same day or next, and always have emailed the tracking number the evening that the order shipped.

Well, I sent them an email over 2 weeks ago, and they never replied. I then called, and they asked if I sent an email, confirmed, then vaguely answered my question. I just hope the part I ordered gets here by next friday.

FM is a small operation, and sometimes it does take a little while to get an email response. Just call 'em on the phone. Very helpful folks.

I spoke to FM last week over an order they lost.

It was a small order (3 Torsens ) They have had some staff changes (fired a useless person) and along with everyone calling about 'when will my turbo ship' they are a little busy.

FYI
I just called and the order went out yesterday, but I missed my email notification. No harm, no foul.
