I see it as a spectrum, as such, you've got extremes on either end. While I appreciate a well toned female body, I think if it goes too far it just falls right off the end of the ol' bell curve as far as appeal; diametrically opposed to this:

In other words, not on anything we have.
It would need to be re-fixtured. Which isn't really an issue.
