I dont buy the idea that if everyone has all of their "needs" met, all crime will cease to exist. If that were true, there would already be no "white colar crime".

White collar crime comes from people whose needs aren't met. Because their needs are trillions of dollars.

Running warm today, the other transformer was 10C cooler than this one. Hitting the fan switch doesn't seem to do anything. They aren't on in "auto" so I assume this is still within normal operating temperatures.

Does it turn the fan on?

If it does, I can't hear it. The temperature doesn't change either.

Unrelated.

That would seem like an important problem to correct.

Unfortunately for me, my company abides strictly by the peter principal.
My boss who hasn't turned a wrench in his life is paperwork driven, which is fine. But if i tell him we should look into why the fans on the transformers aren't working, my upcoming holiday weekend is shot. It is also unfortunate that in my line of work downtime = more work for me. It's really strange how the uptime of the facility hinges on employees that still end up getting paid weather it runs or not. Plus when the boss who is in charge of these people who are supposed to keep things running, hasn't got a clue what needs to be done unless it's written down on a PM.

Yeah, i'll be working labor day weekend... How ironic is that. HAHAHA

Lazy SOB. All you have to do is right-click and select "Inspect Element," then look for the data field containing the image in the code:
