That would be Vash. When he's not busy punching things and shattering every bone in his hand, he runs a company that does large concrete projects. Basements, foundations, etc.

I then changed my search terms, and learned only that there is a shitty bar / nightclub in New Jersey called The Stone Pony:

And, thanks to the magic of Wikipedia I also now know that in Canada, milk is most commonly sold in sealed plastic bags holding 1 ¹/³ litres, three bags to a package. Seems that these would be inconvenient to store after being opened, but what do I know? Canadian refrigerators probably have a special fixture for supporting them upright, right between the poutine dispenser and the compartment for bacon-that-isn't-bacon.
