Money-shot is around 0:30

I'm not sure whether I feel that Karma has been served, or that the guy in the front was needlessly being a douche.

Little bit of both, maybe.

The guy in front had a person merging and was probably going to move to the right lane after he had gotten by if that guy wasn't being such a tailgating douche, so **** the tailgater.

Definitely both,

Though, for situations like this... is the reason why I want to install a switch to trigger my brake lights with out actually pressing the brakes

Just turn on daytime running lights. Same reaction.

While I typically hate left lane blockers, this guy obviously couldn't move over because of the guy merging into the right lane. We don't know low long the tailgater was behind the guy though. But whatev, I don't know them so I enjoyed the video.

DoNotCall list is a joke, so I thought this was funny.

The thing is that's basically what he did. The guy really didn't even brake check him, because he didn't ever slow down relative to all the cars around him. It looked like he just touched the brake pedal enough to flash the lights at the tailgater, but the guy just lost it by overreacting. He probably wasn't even paying attention (texting or some ****) and just looked up to see brake lights and panicked. I hate brake checking anyone, but to my eye, that one was more in the karma column.

Looked like the guy in front was passing a truck. At a decent speed.

At the end of the video you can see the speed limit sign. looks like 70mph. The truck was probably going 55 or 62 which puts the guy at 70mph in the passing lane.

Usually driving with the speed limit in the passing lane is considered blocking traffic.

Which is perfectly acceptable when passing. Which is what the car was doing.

No idea what the car in front was doing before the video. But everything it did in the video was perfectly acceptable.

Brake checking is illegal in most states.

Ok, switch arguments to point something out that I wasn't talking about. Nice

No matter how many times you try to claim otherwise, there is absolutely no scientific evidence whatsoever which positively correlates gluten consumption with a propensity for brake-checking.

NP, I'll take up that one. The lead car did not brake check him, he just flashed his brake lights.
