Yup, Sony's flagship stuff circa late 90's... not even component inputs probably. I'd be leary of asking a 20yr old 100x Sony to push 18's.

And spindle and brakes, yes. Sadfab is looking into a 324 lug swap that will also solve hub longevity issues. That is the R&D piece.

On a side note, I'm amazed that cribbing is holding up.

It does not appear to be, to my eyes.

Might speak with Cordy about this. He's been working on an aftermarket spindle / hub solution for track cars plagued by chronic front wheel bearing failure, but running into problems with the design. This one looks robust enough to stand up to a few track days.

It looks like the brakes would be adequate, as well.

Highlight of the setup... Front speakers are running 18" speakers for lows and the sub setup is running quad 10"s.

What in the trailer park?

Are you trying to use PA speakers for your home theater?

My very own Sputnik!

Or, a vacuum canister to go in front of the left front wheel, before tabs and allthread are trimmed...

Yes, two 20 cm stainless steel bowls from none other than Ikea, with a couple ports attached.
Does the job.

Thank you y8s, for giving me the sphere idea.

So this just happened on my 18 year old Tundra. It has the original engine, good power, burns no oil. Always used Rotella T6 synthetic. It's going to tow my Miata on an 18 hour round trip next weekend to Miatas at the Gap. Really kind of amazed.

Impressive.

First thought that went through my mind: 450000 / 15 = 30,000 (gallons) * 2.81 (avg $/gal in FL, 2000-2018) = $84,300. Yowsa.

That's about this much gasoline:

This is a 9200 gallon capacity trailer... a full x3 of these and a bit more to make 30,000 gallons.
