I find it interesting that many of you were assuming she's intending to solder something. Maybe she is fully seating a jumper using a tool since she's got big bulky man hands.

And what woman leaves home for a photoshoot without having her hair and nails done? The frizz in her hair is so distracting. Someone needs to buy some product. I guess it would be the same kind of woman that would find it acceptable to buy that shirt. So tacky. She's probably wearing loafers or work boots. It would be so much better if she was trying to dress like a man because at least she would be trying to dress. Poor creature has no idea.
