It started out on the arm, shoulder, hand, etc. Eventually you were only cool if you did it on the front of your neck. That ---- was enough power to drop you to you knees when you put it there.
I snuck up behind a friend of mine once and got him in the neck and when he threw his hand up he hit the leash, making the shock part come out of my hand and it hit him in the face. Chipping part of his front tooth off in the process. lol

Saw this slick '50s-vintage Studebaker Starliner coupe in the Harbor Freight parking lot today. Very cool, very clean car.
Way back when I was in college there was a junk yard south of town that had two of these in straight shell form parked out front for sale for next to nothing. Wish I had bought one... so I could more than likely turn it into non-running sculpture that my mom still bitches about because it's taking up space in their driveway along with my dad's awesome "project" cars.
