Top picture, over your right shoulder, would that happen to be the Glockenspiel in Munchen? (sorry, no umlaut...) - L |

I had this brew at a bar with over 100 beers on tap, its called anti gravity beer. I was already pretty happy by the time I had it, so obviously it was delicious.

Total Gourmet beer thread. Doesn't anybody drink normal beer? I go in "kicks", right now I am on a Rolling Rock Kick. My biggest kick is for Yuengling Black and Tan. My favorite draft beer I think I'd say would be either Guinness or Killian's Irish Red. My favorite bottled beer would have to be St. Pauli Girl. My favorite canned beer is cheap shit. It's either Miller High Life, Pabst Blue Ribbon, or Keystone Light. Steel Reserve SUCKS ASS. Old Milwaukee is alright. Coors original is ok. Coors Light sucks. Anything with a lime in it SUCKS. Miller products are alright. Yuengling products KICK ASS. nuff said.
|
That's just it... you can find most common beers anywhere. It's easy to try them all. However if you want something more unique, you're hard-pressed to find it without searching it out specifically.
My "normal" fallbacks are corona w/lime and MGD if there's nothing else available. |

This is one of my all time favorite bottle beers. I love pilsners and this baby is 7%.

My brother and I were (slowly) killing a few of these last night. A little maltier than their normal stout with an excellent finish.

I am still deciding what beer to have for my first drink when I get back from the deployment.
|
My friend was telling me that the best beer he ever drank was Sam Adam's Cream Stoudt. Anyone ever indulge into a bottle of this? I usually frown on Sam Adam's products as they are way too hoppy for my liking, but a cream stoudt sounds pretty good.
|
Samuel Adam's and Steel Reserve are good. Some how though, I always end up with a Budweiser, lol.
|
I have held my nose and finished a few lousy beers in my time (because I won't waste one), but I had to poor Steel Reserve down the sink. It was lousy and had no redeeming qualities. And I will drink anything from Natty Light to Mickey's to cream stouts to Abt. 12 to Paulaner Hefe-Weizen.

last night was flying dog's belgian white. EFF YOU BELGIUM!
