Yeah, that one's $15.95 You can get them from NAPA, part FF251, I think it's exactly the same price.
Of course, if we had to ship it on its own without anything else, that would be fairly expensive - especially since it would be an international shipment with all the reams of paperwork associated with that.

it's not hurting anyone....I do feel like banning everyone that keeps asking him for parts....GD just call them.
My thoughts summarized for me already from one of our sponsors:
WOW is just about all I can say as far as the questions from members of this site... Apparently reading or "looking around" is not the strong point of many members. I would say that 99.5% of the questions we have been emailed or PM'ed are already answered on our site. Although we love to talk to customers, there is a reason we have a FAQ section on the site. (Because we get about 100 emails a day asking the SAME things.. it gets old)

so a simple note to DIY'ers such as "attn. DIY'ers, if you need certain parts from FM, please call/email for pricing and availablity and a 75% discount for being so awesome"
you dont need a full list of parts and prices, that takes away from the aspect of selling and customer service
simply letting the community know what you have to offer, those who are really interested will step forward...window shoppers will browse forums and ask other people what they paid...lol
id really like to see FM become a bigger part of this community since you guys are very knowledgable and experienced (we all know that), now just show us (those who dont frequent Mnet) that your heads are not over inflated (like i hear people say) and that you are here to help us boost the **** out of our cars
i am willing to put $$ forth that the attacks/bomb threats/booty calls will seize to an extent now that you are here to speak for yourself/FM

Why don't I have a more regular presence on the Miataturbo forum? There are only so many hours in the day, unfortunately. And it's a very hostile environment for anyone from FM. I have a pretty thick skin - 14 years in the online Miata community will do that - but even then it's hard to shrug off a lot of the attacks. I take what I do very seriously, and that means I don't just blow off criticism. I prefer to be a member of communities where I can actually be a member, not just a target of abuse. That's one reason I spend so much time on the Grassroots forum, it's a group of people working together instead of a constant conflict.
I'll see if I can manage a bit more time here. Who knows, maybe people's attitudes will change.

I also have to say that I really appreciate your salvage section which I've purchased some pretty expensive parts at a killer deal. The 400$ 94-97 Heatercore I got from you for like 48 bucks shipped.
FM manifold (t2 flange, internal wastegate): $395 (with hardware)
Downpipe: $220 (turbine outlet with hardware) + $219 (downpipe, lifetime warranty)
jayc72, you're right. The more we can stuff in the online catalog, the better. I'll try to improve that, but the number of parts gets overwhelming and we often find that we're better able to help answer questions when we know the specific application. For example, a car with a 1999 motor swap looking for IC to throttle body pipes will use a combination of parts to make everything work depending on what was swapped with the motor.

Custom parts are one thing, but for the longest time I never saw any of the parts you just listed available on your website. Again, some people are just too lazy to pick up a telephone and contact a company to see if they've got something to offer for them, which I see as a loss of potential revenue.
Personally I really have no problems with FM in general, but being a true die in the wool Do it yourself person I'm one of the last people in the world willing to pay for most of your higher dollar products, some of which I think personally are way over priced. That however is only my opinion, so I don't know what to tell you there.

I can't believe we are bashing the FM website. lol.
Honestly, it is LEAGUES better than BEGi's attempt at a web presence. To find a pic of the intercooler setups, you have to go to the performance parts section, and click the link for "exhaust components". uhhh.....
Nothing is organized, and you have no idea what your kit will actually look like, as they appear to have a picture of every kit they've ever made on the right hand side of the page, with no rhyme or reason as to what the pictures represent. lol.
Stephanie, if you're reading this, I will redesign that site for FREE if you let me.
Granted, from my experience, both companies are very easy to deal and are very quick to answer any questions if you just call them. Corky and Stephanie answered all my questions very quickly on the phone and I also made my order via phone.
Granted, a better organized website would have answered about 90% of my questions without having to call and ask. Ultimately, if you guys didn't have to spend 15 minutes per call answering questions, just think of the productivity gains.

I know the website is a PITA, however, I am not going to spend a lot of time working on it when it is about to go away. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have been working on it for the last 4 months. Hopefully to be launched in a month or so. I think it will be much better. All the previews look really good.
