Could be un-riced pretty easily.

Of the two center consoles I have owned, I had to tape one of them closed as well because BROTREX TORQUE. The spring isn't strong enough on some of them.

As my life odometer keeps racking up miles, I cannot agree any more with this.

Me 10-15 years ago:
"I wanna go fast....I wanna be faster than all my friends....I want a slow looking car that absolutely destroys people and embarrasses them...I want to street race everyone and their mother, and have them stare in awe as I put zip codes on them with my 10000000000whp sleeper"

Me a couple years ago and now:
"I want a quick, luxurious, sexy, quiet, problem-free, OEM fit and finish, never look under the hood car, that I wouldn't feel silly driving up to a fancy hotel or important meeting"

get off my lawn, darn kids

9 times outa 10 the spring actually just breaks off. I hate the way they designed the mechanism on those.

Springs were fine on mine but the hook on the plastic axle pivot thing was broken off. I fixed it by drilling a 1/16" hole and securing the spring with a tiny zip tie. It resists EFR torques

I like the idea of both of those things, which is one of the reasons I'm starting to reconsider the whole ND thing, as much as I love the car. OOpsies!

I can see both sides. The idea of a trouble-free, non-project fast car certainly appeals to me at this point. But even beyond the whole "I built this sleeper" concept, I still find the Miata has a certain attraction that other cars don't -- just the smallness and immediateness of the driving experience. If I had ridiculous amounts of money, I can see handing $50k to FM and telling them to put an LSx into the cleanest NB they can find, rather than buying a CPO Porsche.

Tried the C6 'Vette thing a couple years ago... it was anything but 'trouble free'...

Our NC replaced it, and other than outright speed, has been a far more enjoyable car.

PROFESSIONAL POKEMON GO TRAINER $20/hr

About me: Also known as 'Golbat-chan' on sites like 4chan and imgur, I am a 24-year-old lifelong Pokemon enthusiast who wants to help YOU become the very best.

My services are simple: I will walk around in 1-4 hour shifts signed in to your account capturing every single Pokemon I come into contact with, activating every Poke Stop I pass and walking nonstop to help hatch your eggs. I'll even send you hourly updates while you're at work/class/on a hot date informing you of any really exciting things I've come across for you. Pokemon training help, gym battles and strategy tips are also included, if requested.

About me: I'm a white female, NYU grad, and a well-employed freelance journalist with a massive Golbat tattoo on my arm. I have been playing Pokemon (both cards and gameboy/DS) since 1997 and Pokemon GO since its opening day. I'm in between major projects and have a lot of spare time on my hands right now and also may or may not write an article about this in the future. Personally, I am a level 15 trainer in Pokemon GO right now and control all of the gyms near my place. I know what I'm doing. For more info about me (and to see that I am, in fact, a real human being) check out the VICE article that has been written about me and my obsession.

?Gotta Catch 'Em All: Meet the Tattoo Artist Tattooing the 151 Original Pokémon | VICE | United States

Details: I currently own an iPhone 6s, several portable chargers and am in very good physical fitness. Spending hours on my feet is not an issue. I will sign into your account (which, hopefully you weren't a total noob and used a fake gmail address when you signed up for this app because the surveillance is real) and treat your account like it is my very own. I will catch them all. I will focus in on catching specific types of Pokemon (i.e. fire, water, electric) if you want. I'll even send you silly screenshots so you don't feel too much FOMO while you're doing something that prevents you from accessing PokeWorld.

Every exchange will begin with an in-person consultation at your nearest poke stop. No creepy stuff. I know how to defend myself and will not take any bullshit from you.

Send your name, age, occupation, area of the city you are hoping to obtain my services and a link to something that can prove to me that you are a real human being. If I can confirm your identity (remember: I'm a journalist and very good at this) I will get back to you to set up an appointment.

[Pokemon Trainer]

Being void of the whole social media scene, I was surprised to learn a new term there. I honestly had never come across the term FOMO before. So yeah, it looks like it's a common enough affliction that it's actually earned a name.

I guess I'm left with a question as to why people with this affliction don't have any/equal fear for the missing the experience of REAL (as opposed to virtual) life?

I feel old.

I hope not.

False advertising.

Like, if I'm paying her 20 bux an hour, I want her to look sexy with my pokemon.

Anyone want me to check this out for them? It's local.

Ultimate Pokemon Go Vehicle

Are you walking around like a fool, trying to catch Pokemon on foot? Loser! You need to get mobile, young Jedi. I have the answer for you! Listed here is the Ultimate Pokemon tracking vehicle. Sneak up on unsuspecting Pikachus and Bulbasoars and Nerdosaurs in this stealthy sedan. This beast offers comfortable seating for your whole Trainer team. 360 degree windows allow you to search every direction for Pokemons, And the Rambler perfectly blends classic with modern, including one 12v charger. Not zero plugs, like some old crap can, and not 4 like a character-less modern conveyance.

Also, I am pretty sure the body of the car acts as a Faraday cage to protect Trainers from EMP's, in case the Pokemons fight back crazy style. Glass is also probably zombie-proof.

Make America Great Again? No need, American Motors already did that in 1963 when they designed and built this futuristic masterpiece.

Roomy trunk (or boot, for international clients) has ample space for all your Pokemon tracking gear, plus snacks and punch. 2 coolers full of tasty treats? More like 3 coolers full of tasty treats and beverages.
Dont miss this opportunity to master the future and be the Ultimate Pokemon Trainer by getting your hands on this Ultimate Pokemon War Wagon today!

1963 Rambler Classic 770. Restomod finished in 2013. Fresh paint and interior. Small block Chevy engine and transmission (1981)
Power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, 60/40 split bench seat with center console, shoulder belts front, lap belts in rear.
Clean VA title. Nice driver, very unique. $5500 OBO.

Yeah, I just had to google that. For all the other grouchy old people:

FO·MO
ˈfōmō/
noun
informal
  1. anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on a social media website.
"I realized I was a lifelong sufferer of FOMO"

We're the nation that beat **** Germany and imperial Japan on opposite sides of the world, at the same time, in case anybody forgot. Now apparently we're FOMO.

For sale is my 1991 Toyota Sera with 100,350 kilometers (62,350 miles) on the clock. This car was originally imported from Japan to Canada, and then brought to the USA. It is now fully registered and insured as a Washington vehicle, unlike other Japanese import cars that are 'fresh off the boat' with no actual road time or domestic registration. This one is as worry free as any other state vehicle title transfer!

This is a very unique car that turns heads wherever you go. It is right-hand drive and has very unique doors. This is the car that inspired the McLaren F1 butterfly door configuration! This Sera features the 5-speed manual transmission (less than 15% of Seras produced had a manual) and uses the very efficient and reliable 1.5 liter 16 valve 5E-FHE engine, which is a higher compression version of the 5E-FE found in most Tercels and Paseos of the same vintage. The Sera weighs just over 2000lbs and accelerates briskly, as the gear ratios are tightly spaced, yet the final drive has you doing around 2700rpm at 60mph, so the car purrs nicely on the freeway. I routinely enjoy 40mpg+ with AC running in mixed use driving.

The Sera comes with air conditioning, power windows, power mirrors, power steering, and manual door locks. This car has the basic 4 speaker audio configuration which is far easier for custom installations rather than the complex 10 speaker option.

The following items have been serviced since being imported from Japan a year and a half ago:

-Recharged hatch support struts
-Replaced torn CV boot
-New spark plugs
-Oil change
-New stereo head unit
-New battery

As an added bonus, the car comes equipped with HID low beam headlights in the factory Toyota projector housings, and two sets of roof shades(one original set, and one new set). It has aftermarket 15" wheels as shown, as well as a tasteful Momo steering wheel. There is a decal on the engine stating that the timing belt was changed at 91,160 Km in March of 2012, so you won't have to worry about that for a long time!

On the downside:

-The body is not perfect, there are very small areas of paint bubbling around the drivers door trim.
-There is a faded area above the center roof section above the windshield.
-There is some peeling clearcoat on the driver's fender.
-The front bumper paint is slightly mismatched due to a repair performed during its life in Japan.
-The seats are in wonderful shape, but the plastic surrounds at the bases are scratched and faded.
-The rear panel that fits behind the rear seats under the hatch never came with the car. This is very common with Seras as 25 years of use and UV glare wears them out badly.

Even considering all of that, for a 25 year old car it really does look fantastic!!

What I love about this car is that it's frugal on gas, and limitless on fun. But the real icing on the cake is that for how unique the body style is, the mechanical components are very cheap and easy to source in the USA as it shares the chassis with the Tercel and Paseo of similar vintage. Sure the R32 Skylines are all the rage right now, but I guarantee you'll steal the crowd at a car meet if you roll up in a sera and pop the doors!

Email me with any questions you may have or to arrange a viewing. Thanks!
-Mike.

All I can see is how fast that interior would heat up.
