If the girlfriend ends up doing her Garage Sale here at her house tomorrow, I may go test drive a Mustang GT and a Camaro SS (maybe a 392 Challenger for the hell of it)...............assuming the closest dealership has any.
She lives WAY out in the sticks. Like the town I'm sitting in has a pop. of 1300 next a lake.
I'm not driving an hour back to Tulsa on Saturday just to test drive when I'm not going to buy just yet. Especially since when I leave on Sunday it's a 2.5 hour drive from her house to my apt in downtown OKC.

Don't take my word for it, go look at them.
The Colorado/Canyon is 100% the nicer truck. It's also the only one with a diesel. But even the gas engine is way, way nicer than the Toyota setup, starting with an extra 30 hp and 15 lb ft, with an excellent 8-speed auto on the gas truck.
Also can get a better deal on the GM trucks. Last month we had a $41k loaded Diesel Z71 on sale for $36k.
We also just sold a used 2015 45k mile Z71 Colorado gas pickup for over $30k. They're holding their value incredibly well.
Some people still somehow prefer the Tacoma. But we just took in a 2016 Tacoma on trade for a Colorado Diesel. As soon as the guy drove it, it was a done deal. He told us "Wow, I wish I had driven this before buying the Tacoma, would have saved me a lot of time."
