LOL everyone lies when street racing.

I usually tell cocky evo owners that my XT just has a cat back exhaust.
Then proceed to curb-stomp them in any kinda race they desire

I remember racing a civic once in a 5.0 on a 200 shot with drag radials that ran 11s.

He sorta kept up with us and you could hear the SC whine. when he finally caugh tback up we were somwhat impressed and asked how much boost the SC was pumping.

he replied, the car only has a cat-back.

I called him a stupid asshat or something and lost all respect for him, later, he logged into mt.net as 18psi.

Oh hay i am building my forester motor. It will surely go fabulously.

Gonna try for 350wheel on 93 octane via a 20G and take the redline up to a whopping 7000RPM. I think with the EJ25 low end torque will rip. yay

I started this thread to get input on turbo selection. So, if you have none thanks and bye. Just because you have a hideous soccer mom ride with a turbo doesn't mean you know **** about Audi's/VW's. I do guarantee it would run circles around anything you have.

Go find this guy and race him. He has an almost identical setup as I currently do except I'm only running street gas and boosting to 22psi.(FYI, the k04's basically max out around 23 psi) See if you can keep up, he's local to you.

go with the BW turbo for sure. seems like they are the new hotness... what is your plan for ECU tuning? if you have not already, check out the guys at Nefmoto.com for ideas from a bunch of smart guys that are very passionate about tuning the stock s4 ecu.

Having Stage 3- A6 (~300awhp) and had a turbo Miata (220rwhp)... turbo Miata was quicker, pulled harder. But it needed more shifting and ran out of gears. From a launch the A6 would beat it.. Miata would catch up and then fall behind at 120+. It would take a VERY well sorted Miata to keep up with a healthy stage 3 S4.

Also, lol @ 1000awhp for 10k. NOPE. maybe a 800bhp engine but nothing in the car or driveline to support it.

Oh, and the cool kids on AZ all go BW.
