I just got an automated telemarketing call (the kind where the prerecorded voice starts as soon as you answer) in what I believe was Mandarin Chinese.
Just got a 2 page email from a customer who has just experienced her "worst customer service experience ever". After I read the email I was seriously puzzled as my employees are amazing at customer service and the employee she complained about is a god damn angel who never get complaints. After talking to all my employees I find out that her "injustice" was a complete fabrication and she was one of those lets pick a fight that doesn't exist type people.
I'm trying hard to write a email in response that assures her that it was pure miscommunication and no foul play was present, but my sneaky subconscious keeps inserting sarcastic responses.
**** I hate customers sometimes. Basically a 55 year old woman with nothing better to do than to start some ****. I know the customer is always right(hahahahahaha) but I'm finding it hard to try to make her feel better about the experience. I don't even want to retain her business.
She wrote an email to my franchise to "get me in trouble", little does she realize that it doesn't do jack **** to me when you do that...oh well, can't make them all happy.
Sorry had to vent a bit, not a good start to a Monday!

Is this a good OBDII scanner for the Accord?
My sister's ex bf back in dental school was Canadian. For 4 years, he received parking ticket after parking ticket in San Francisco with no intention of paying them back since he would be moving back to Canada after graduation. One week before graduation his jeep got towed! He had to pay thousands to get his jeep back.

"We will be conducting an internal investigation regarding this matter."
Then, nothing.
Ever.
If she ever inquired again later just reply, "The investigation into this matter is ongoing."
Leave her nothing to latch onto.
Does any one which publication gives out this HF coupon so I could try to go track one down for free instead of paying for it.
Hell, I even sold one of those about 2 years ago for less than that. Bought 2 returns on a pallet for $150, found another trashed one on CL for another 50 bucks and made 2 good machines out of the parts. Sold one and kept one.
I get their stuff all the time. I'll keep an eye out for ya. I will PM you when I find one.
