Im not sure what saddens me more. The fact that she did that at all, or the fact that shes teaching her little **** to be that way. He'll grow up to be a great member of society im sure.

Does the world actually need a twin scroll T4 flange 0.80 A/R EFR 6258?

BorgWarner 11589880036, BorgWarner EFR 6258-G 225-450 HP Twin Scroll Turbocharger | BorgWarner

The only reason I could see someone doing this is maybe to run twin 6258s, but if you had enough gas to spin a pair of 6258s why would you not run a single 7064 or a 7670 for essentially half the cost? /boggle

twinscroll=fasterspool+moretopend.

Not twin turbos?

More air, more spool, on v8s i bet its easier to package.

Also. More air.

But but but... 6258 on a v8? Even a pair seems ludicrous.

Packaging? Maybe, I'd not considered that.

You should put 2 of these on the FE360

Needs megasquirt first.

Twinscroll = moar power and more spool. Best of both worlds.

Packaging is the usual reason for using a pair of parallel (as opposed to sequential) turbos.

And no, I have no idea why BMW used 2 of them on some versions of the 335i.

Less boost, more air, more spool? Is that a reason for 2 turbos?

Or does it not work like that?

It doesn't work that way.

For any given engine, assuming optimum turbo selection and system design, boost = airflow.

Bigger turbos make more power at less boost, because?
