If you buy the Tesla S model P85D, for an extra $13k, you can buy the optional "Ludicrous Speed" upgrade.

Too bad the foliage will be gone by then. But at least the leaf peepers won't be around.
I just heard that ChumpCar is doing a 38 hour enduro race at Palm Beach International on Dec 30-31. I just don't know why someone would want to run that long. After 14 hours at Sebring it was getting a little weird back when I did that. I can't imagine 38 hours.
You will need two or three more mechanic types as well to help with tire changes and brakes while the drivers are being exchanged, but yeah. Needs to be done in a bone stock Corolla or Civic with a baby seat in the back.
I am in. I will drive and work. Can we invite Pusha?
That sounds like a lot of fun. I may have to offer my services (get coffee, food, toilet paper) for this one. Hell, I'd even help drive if nobody minds me driving with the right turn signal on for a few hours.

The server farm on the 10th floor of the building I work at, between Master Control and the men's room.
I just realized that I'm going to be in FL in late December.
Nowhere near Palm Beach.
I have utterly no desire to drive in a Chump race.
But I'm handy with a wrench and a hammer...
