See, that's kind of cheating. If you wait until after the build is completed, we miss the opportunity to laugh at the inevitable mistakes and failures which accompany any sufficiently innovative and interesting new project.

Joe, I am documenting my mistakes, too.
And I make pretty funny mistakes.

Understood.

Still, if you don't post the failures in real time, then we miss out on the opportunity to chip away at your self-confidence and make you doubt your ability to finish the project successfully.

I mean, I will admit that this is a special case.

If there is any one living human in whom I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that they will be able to overcome any obstacle and bring any project to a successful conclusion, well... it's John Dykstra.

But if there are TWO living humans in which I have that faith... it's John Dykstra and Adam Savage.

But if there are THREE living humans in which I have that faith, you're the third one.

You give him much credit.

I mean Adam Savage.

Hakan holds much more esteem with me. Not as much as MacGyver but close.

I dunno, it's a close one.

Adam did a lot more than just Mythbusters. He was a prolific practical visual effects artist early in his career, and continues to build cool stuff just for the hell of it.

For the record, Adam Savage is one of the very few celebrities I really would like to meet someday.
Not just a handshake, but a nice chat over coffee.

And, thanks for the huge compliments, gentlemen.

Pro tips:

If your engine is running excessively rich, remove and hook up any one of the injector connectors backwards.
It will suck the excess fuel back from the engine, and you will enjoy your perfectly running engine.

Do not forget to adjust your base timing to sync with daylight savings time twice a year.
This is especially critical with track driven cars, where performance is paramount.

Remove all ground wiring, which is unnecessary and heavy, and dangle just one wire to the actual ground beneath the car.
The earth is full of ground, why replicate it in the car with complex wires?

Ask a few friends for help to flip the car onto a nice, grassy surface to wash the bottom side of your car.
Cleanliness is next to godliness, people.

Adam Savage is one of my heroes and I hope that I can have a cup of coffee with him one day. If you are into podcasts, he has a podcast where they predominantly talk about builds and what they are doing. It is pretty fascinating.

Just got my score for the Audit portion of the CPA exam, and I passed! Soon I will be officially licensed to Copy, Paste, and Assemble. This has been four years in the making, so it's a big load off my shoulders.

Alec Moody sure knows a lot about Catfish and the Miata platform. Seems he's worked on a bunch of other games too. Is he on here? He's on the MT.net FB page.

Word is, Scott did that design. It's a really cool design too, he's a really good artist. I want to be more like Scott.

It's literally a photo I took of my turbo sucking a cat in backwards.

The cat part is not true.

I helped you. I, too was under the impression (now verified with some evidence) that the TK cookie was Y8S's creation.
