Well, being a GT fanboy, I have to say..... meh. I haven't played it much since I opted to not yet install it to the HDD, since it has a long *** wait time, and I wanted to play now... but that is nearly impossible with 2 minute waits between screens. Feels like I'm playing a game on a 10 year old computer. But that is hardly a nag, just install it. Menus are awesome, everything looks and sounds beautiful, lots of features and options I have yet to tinker with. In game racing however is underwhelming. Feels pretty much exactly like you would expect a GT game, a bit arcade like (doesn't help that I have the shitty 3-axis and not the DS controller). Pretty much exactly like Prologue. Graphics are not improved that I can tell over Prologue, and I'm not sure yet, since I have only raced Sunday Cup at Tsukuba, but it seems like the 16 car field is reduced to 8, unless it's limited to 8 for the little races on the shorter tracks. Also seems like weather and time changes are limited to only a few tracks, instead of all of them (even though you now have control over headlights, high and low beam and flash, wipers and... a horn?). That was a big selling point for me, having the option to race any track in day or night and with variable weather conditions. Car tuning seems to have gone in reverse from GT4, giving less info and specific parts, and more of the "Stage 1" bullshit. Overall, I'm not really impressed with it, but I'll have to wait for the install and try again and play it some more. I hate to say it, but so far Forza 3 beats in where it counts, in the racing.

So I drove my dad's CR-Z yesterday for the first time, and I have to say I'm disappointed. Powerband is wacky with the onset of the electric motor, and it understeers like a little ***** when you push it Still a fun little car, especially for the price, and the gas mileage, but I was expecting soooo much more.

True. It's supposed to be a sports car though, and it still handles the way his Fit did. I was expecting Civic SI quality handling and was hugely disappointed.
