Nah. I'm just a complaining *****. I wouldn't do that to family. Though they will do me this way...

2/5 stars.

They say the new F&F will have no CGI in it.

Which is good because the last few had wayyyy to much making everything look fake and stupid.
Then again, the runway must have been 20 miles long there in the last movie.

I would like to take a moment to thank the people who made this moment possible. It's long been a dream of mine to have my own complain thread, but the hassle of making a thread made me want to cut my wrists...

PS, check back in ~8-10 hours when I get done pressure washing, I'm sure I'll have more to complain about. If you are all lucky, I may even grace you with a mobile post complaint today.

I pressure washed and stained my entire house.

You have every right to complain, especially if you have to use scaffolding. It all sucked.

Yeah, ladder with wobbly ladder scaffolding. Today I'm probably just going to treat the outside with TSP to clean it and prep it, spray it off, and MAYBE get around to cleaning the driveway and sidewalk a bit. Then I get to go back another day and do some caulking, install some metal flashing between the back deck and the side of the house where some water seems to be standing and causing issues. THEN I can start the really fun job of painting. Also have to do some front porch repairs where the current tenants messed it up. Then it's on to the inside, where the hardwood needs sanding and refinishing, and all of the interior walls need cleaning and painting as well. Fun Fun Fun!

Prepare for a torrent of complaining! You have been warned.

As someone who had their hardwood floors redone, i recommend paying someone to do it.

I went in with a big head thinking i could do it, how hard could it be. But after getting the quote, and watching the guy do it. I'm so glad i just paid for it to be done. There was no way i had the proper equipment or knowhow to do something like that. What took him a day would have taken me an entire week.

Dafuq you claiming credit for my work?

You have betrayed me this day, Scott. My pony-based revenge will be swift and merciless.

I just wanted to quote Clueless, I wasn't trying to take credit for the title change. I am only a cog in the "moment possible"

If the floors are not a total disaster, I have found that an industrial buffer with steel wool and Butchers wax can make a big difference; and you can do that yourself easily.

Hmmm. Yeah, they aren't bad, at least last time I saw them 6 months ago. No telling what these people have done to this poor house. Just a few scuffs and some discoloration from spills/stains.

Front and one side done, front porch done, sidewalk done. They have to get all of their goddamn junk out of the carport and away from the walls in the rear for me to do those areas.

[/Complaining] for now.

You might as well tell me that the new season of Sex in the City will have no CG in it. I'm no less unlikely not to avoid watching either one of them..

first off, it's Sex AND The City.

secondly, the new seasons are called "The Carrie Diaries".

third of all am I the only one who first thinks of CGI as something to do with dynamic web page rendering and that it will never truly first mean "computer generated imagery"?

fourth and finally: one of the main characters in the early seasons of The Carrie Diaries was also a companion of The Doctor for a spell back in 2007-08.

no doubt she was involved in some amount of CGI.

My degree is in "Computing Graphics". Otherwise known as CAD. Why they didn't just call it that, I don't know. I still get calls from recruiters asking about graphic arts projects. I have to explain that it's not the same thing.
