In regards to the NitroDann vs 18psi slapfest, I was trying to think of some good ways to finish the following sentence that did not involve terms that were anti-homosexual or inherently mysogynistic (e.g. reference a piece of female anatomy) and couldn't come up with a single one that was sufficiently satisfying:

No, E85 wont eat through **** in the modern engine. E85 would eat through the crappy rubber used in the 60s however now days every hose in our engines is silicone or some other synthetic ****. E85 wont harm it. Simply its a scam used so idiots looking to buy new cars think they are in need of it. Oh **** this car can handle e85.. oh my gawd it must be amazing.. in reality no its the same exact old **** tuned to supply little extra fuel with bigger injectors and a different afr map. The only change to a flex fuel compatible car is that flex fuel sensor that measures how much of the freak juice in your fuel tank is actually e85.

Yeah it sucks. Another thing that is stupid is when the regular gasoline/diesel prices go up, e85 prices magically go up the same amount... even though e85 does not depend on the cost of oil per barrel. Now sure you gotta transport **** using diesel but really? Does the e85 cost perfectly the same amount to transport as much as the gasoline goes up? I can see it go up a tiny bit because of that reason but i dont see how gasoline should go up 50 cents and e85 should also go up 50 cents as well. That makes no sense to me.

On a side note running e85 ends up being cheaper than running premium per mile even though you use more of it.

Hard lines in the bay?

Basically I have AN braided to a AEM FPR where the old fuel filter use to be. It also returns from there since that is where the FPR is. Then I have a line going from the AEM FPR to feed my flex fuel sensor. Then a line from that feeds to a inline tiny cleanable AEM filter. All of that is braided. Then there is 1 line from the filter to a T in the engine bay for the dual feed fuel rail. All braided AN. I removed ALL of the OEM fuel lines. From the engine bay to the pump. It was a horrible pain I will never have to deal with again.

I took 100000000 pictures that I will dump to my build thread eventually.

Bursitis...? Good old cortisone shot always takes care of mine. By the time the doctor puts the needle away usually.

 

I would, since I have heard nothing but good things about it. My dad has had those in both shoulders several times since he was my age. But I have a big fear of needles, and the thought of a meat injector needle full of liquid fire cortisone being jabbed into my shoulder just doesn't sit well with me. I have a feeling I wouldn't react well, and would punch the doctor in the face and jump out of a window at the sight of the needle. I nearly feel faint just from a butterfly needle giving blood, so I know that wouldn't go well. Though the best experience I have ever had with a needle was my IV for kidney surgery, in which the nurse (hot young girl) gave me a local first, which I didn't feel at all, then the IV itself I had no idea she was putting it in until I saw the bandage covering it. So maybe I could talk the doc into a local since I have such a fear. If that was the case, I maybe could do it. If it continues to be more frequent as it has been these last few months, I may have no choice.

 

Oh stop that. I find it fun as **** watching stuff like that. Hell i'll be nice to even tell u a story. I used to work in a machine shop and i had an accident. A piece of metal shattered and a piece about an 8th of an inch went in my palm.. so anyways i'm in the operating room getting it removed. All the sudden the nurse brings a giant blue canvas to cover me up, i'm like what are you doing i want to watch what you're doing, i want to watch this thing. My arm was numbed up so you couldn't feel the pain as they were cutting however you could feel the pressure from the knife. Very exciting.

Not sure who told you about the 'meat injector' size needles but I think they were also great fishermen The ones I remember were no bigger than a Novocain shot at best.

 

I think that was just my assumption based on how thick I imagined cortisone to be. Even a small needle being pushed into my shoulder makes me cringe.
