Why can't people ship anything on time? I'm reading about people taking weeks to ship stuff left and right, now some kid from Mnet is dicking me around with some lights I bought over two weeks ago. Is it that hard to run to the post office?

I gave the kid benefit of the doubt and was watching my time for a PayPal dispute. He made the shipping label a week ago (1 week after payment), but never shipped it until a day ago. Just seems like there is a lot of that going around.

 

More people gttting into miata's #1 which means more chances of being dicked around.

 

this is why I will only exchange money with certain people on this forum...unless they want to send the parts before I send cash.

I ******* bought a wideband and 01 front bumper in the classifieds on this forum over 2 weeks ago and STILL am waiting for a ******* tracking number. I mean, how long does it take to get a ******* tracking number if you actually sent the item right?

after numerous pm's and posts in the thread, this is the last straw. come weekend if I dont receive useful info or a package, I will start raising hell.

 

I almost bought 200 bucks worth of stuff from 03nb miata nasty guy, as I was gonna get one hell of a deal on some parts. But it sounded a bit too good to be true, and the guy seemed shady as hell. And he never got back to me with a shipping quote. So I passed. Now I see he has negative feedback from something he sold, and someone else was waiting on getting a part they paid for. So looking back, I'm glad I didn't bite.

 

If someones jerking you around, please post up about it and leave them appropriate feedback.

 

I paid for tail light covers on the m.net classifieds. By and by I never got it or the tracking number so I disputed it with paypal and to my surprise, paypal gave me my money. After that I decided paypal is how I'll pay and if I don't get my item timely or a picture of a dead grandma with a newspaper from the day after I paid, I'm disputing.

 

The excuses are right up that alley. They are either sick, broke, "working", or bed ridden with chlamydia.

18psi you are still getting jerked by that dude? I know if I made a slip up (I understand it happens), and saw my name on a thread like this, I would correct the issue THAT DAY.

 

Once these douchebags get their money there's little incentive to ship. I've sold enough crap through forums to know it's not all that difficult or time consuming, they're just flat out lazy and unmotivated.

 

yep, still waiting on tracking info or basically any proof the stuff was shipped.
well the only reason I am giving it a bit of time is because I bought a torsen from Ben (moderator) and there was a shitload of problems with shipping it. It got stolen then recovered or something along those lines. Finally after a long time it did come and everything is cool, so I am giving this mx whatever guy a little time thinking maybe, just MAYBE he really does have a good excuse as to why his aunt (who is supposed to be shipping it), has been taking 2 weeks to give him the tracking info.

to the person that I am talking about:
I really hope it does not come to anything bad, but seriously man, you are forcing me and others to come forth and speak of what is going on. Just ship the stuff already and provide tracking info, or refund money. I promise you no hard feelings.
If not, I promise there will be consequences and people will get hurt.

So my lights finally showed up today. The seller described them as "slightly used, you won't be able to tell, they look brand new".

In reality, the lights are pitted, hazed on the corners, one side has a crack on the left side and the right side is completely broken off and MIA. I emailed the guy furious demanding that I wanted 100% refund or I was filing dispute on Monday for false advertising/description. He agreed to pay it but his first words were "I am sorry the post office did that to you." then tried peddling off some LED products in case I would want to trade those instead of my money back.
