Taking it a step further, wait until you reach the point that you find most chicks downright annoying. At your age, that's most chicks, if you really listen to them talk for more than 5 minutes. Wallowing in misery just because you don't have in-house ***** will warp your standard of what's acceptable, and you need time to recalibrate your baseline. This is a dangerous time for you, because in your desperation to get laid, you will be tempted by the dark side: skanks who can't get a real man and have to prey on the mentally weak discarded leftovers of other skanks. When you are ready to have a real relationship again, you will be in a zen-like state of having your eyes open, but not really looking for anything. Yeah that's what everyone keeps saying. I need to take it easy. I mean it's only been what, a month? I guess after living with someone for so long it's pretty difficult to just go home and do nothing by yourself. I think that's been the hardest thing, that's why I keep going out.

I must be as ready gets then. Been single and sex free for several years now lol . I feel like George Costanza in that one episode of Seinfeld where he went without sex and became a genius. Seriously though, making time for yourself like already said is probably most important right now. Take time to get your head clear and remember what having time for yourself is like. Do what you want, when you want, how you want, with no one bitching at you. I wont be jumping back into a relationship until Im sure all of my loose ends are tied up with my career and other aspects of my life.

Haha! That episode is pretty accurate. I do everything so much better when I don't have some annoying girl around. As was mentioned before, women ages puberty -> mid twenties are just plain ******* annoying and immature.

Turbo 4, take the adive given here and don't worry about women for a while. When I broke up with my ex-fiance, the first thing I wanted to do was find a replacement. It took a few months, but now I wake up every morning happy to be single and not missing any of her stupid ****.

I think besides the whole build up the miata bit and etc. I'm going to go ahead and finally get another dog. I've been saying that for years now. Living in tiny apartments has kind of held me back but now that I have a 1200sq ft duplex with a big yard, I think it's time. I thinking a lab or retriever of some sort. Something that won't need 24/7 attention...and can be left for a few hours without issues.
