Good luck, took me the better part of an afternoon installing those and it was a massive pain in the ***. Hard to tell if they helped because the weather outside got hotter after I installed them.

Yeah mine took forever to install and overall I did a crappy job. They also suck if you keep your car outside. Rain gets right in and just helps everything rust. I have 2 hoods, one with vents and one without. 99% of the time the hood without vents is on the car.

Same here. My vents look like hell, but so does the rest of the car, so they fit right in (function vs form). Rain is always a concern, but my car is garaged (thankfully) and I can park in the parking deck at work so all I have to worry about is splash - which would happen anyway.

I’m re-thinking installing the hood vents now. I usually park the car in my garage, but sometime leave it outside. I might try drilling some holes in the air guide to get more air to the radiator first.

everything in the engine bay is waterproof so the rust comments don't really make sense. take your time on install with a dremel and vents look good.

I've had mine on for years. Overall my car has taken far more damage from rain due to the horrid piece of **** CCP top than the Singular hood vents.

It is more the water getting in, and just sitting on the turbo and manifold and causing them all to rust.

My vents looks fine with the exception of the one spot I accidentally cut through all 3 layers of hood instead of just two to remove the ribbing...
