You can even see my crinkled fender.

The red car with the right hardtop just below mine is Andrew's, as is the white car in front (if you couldn't tell by the huge TRACKSPEED banner)

I am nowhere near my car in that picture. I think I was wandering around with Gesso mocking the wine and cheese crowd from the San Diego Miata Club somewhere off to the right.

Oh, BTW, I counted them... after sending 10 to OMO, I still have 31 left.

So far NOBODY has claimed one.

I'm about to bin these things, nobody other than OMO has asked me for one.

Any that I still have after 2 weeks are probably getting round-filed.

I will not be able to make this event. I'd rather sell it to someone in the MT community than get a refund and have my spot go to the next on the waiting list. I'm running C2 on sat and C on sunday. Price is $475 for both days (exactly what I paid). I'll keep this open for a week and if I don't have any takers I'll do a normal refund. PM me if your interested.

Someone school me about camping at MRLS. Do I have to book in advance. Should I have booked it 3 months ago? I may still be getting a hotel but camping is more likely.

So there should be at least ten left.

Monterey County Parks | Camping at Laguna Seca Recreation Area
Drive-ins are welcome and reservations are taken up to one week prior to your arrival. To make a reservation call (888) 588-2267.
Yes, you probably need to book in advance. It should be easier to get a spot than it was last year because its not an anniversary year for the event, but no reason not to book early.

Last year was nuts. Looking at the hotel parking lots it was just a sea of miata's, everywhere.

The whole town, all the roads, were like 95% miata's.

Alright, I should make that decision soon then. How shitty/nice is the camping? Shade? Water? Showers?
Bathroom and hot showers within a short walk
Doesn't say anything about shade.

You can take a group shower with a bunch of 70yo good ol boys.

Yes, there will be watersports.

(but srsly, last year was horrible for running water)

The area you got to see last year has nothing to do with the camping sites. That's area was like double secret overflow parking no mans land toxic waste corpse disposal and county childcare site.
